1478 West Hastings Street - Coal Harbour, Vancouver Downtown
Dockside occupies a quiet stretch of West Hastings Street at the western edge of Coal Harbour, close to Stanley Park and the marina. Built in 2002, it keeps things straightforward with secure gated parking, and leans on a location that puts park and water within a short walk. The Coal Harbour seawall and marina are just north for strolls toward downtown, Stanley Park and Devonian Harbour Park are minutes west, and the shops, cafes, and restaurants of Denman and Robson Streets are close by in the West End. The downtown core and Waterfront Station's transit links lie an easy walk east along the harbour. For a calmer address near both Stanley Park and the city, Dockside is well placed.

Coal Harbour runs along Vancouver's downtown waterfront, between Burrard Inlet and West Pender Street, from the foot of Burrard Street west to Stanley Park. Built on reclaimed industrial and rail land, it's now a dense neighbourhood of glass towers organized around the Coal Harbour seawall - a flat, paved walking and cycling path the length of the harbour, connecting Canada Place and the Convention Centre in the east to Stanley Park's seawall loop in the west, with Harbour Green Park, the marina, and the floatplane terminal in between. Day to day it's one of the most walkable parts of the city: Urban Fare covers groceries, the Coal Harbour Community Centre sits right on the water, and the shops and restaurants of Robson Street and the West End's Denman Street are a few blocks south.
