Join Our Team at Unique Accommodations
Are you a licensed property manager with a passion for the industry and a drive to excel? Look no further! Unique Accommodations, a successful residential property management company with over 20 years of experience, is seeking a qualified candidate to join our team. We specialize in managing high-end unfurnished and furnished properties in Vancouver, The North Shore and Burnaby. We service the corporate, film and relocation sectors, insurance companies and local residents.
Instead of the traditional property management model where each property manager has their own portfolio and is responsible for all their own duties, we have divided the tasks of a property manager into teams, with several administrators in the office to assist with rentals, contracts, accounting, and various admin support. Our team-based environment encourages collaboration and a positive work culture, where everyone is treated as an extended family member.
