Denia sits on Broughton Street in the heart of Coal Harbour, a short block from the waterfront and Harbour Green Park. Built in 2003, it is well appointed for the neighbourhood, with a fitness centre, an indoor pool, a sauna, steam room, and hot tub, a common rooftop deck, a concierge, a meeting room, and secure gated parking. Step outside and the Coal Harbour seawall is right there, running west toward Stanley Park and east toward Canada Place and the Convention Centre, with floatplanes taking off across the water and the marina alongside. Urban Fare groceries is a few minutes' walk, the restaurants and shops of Robson Street and the West End are close, and Waterfront Station's SeaBus, SkyTrain, and Canada Line links are within walking distance. It pairs resort-style amenities with one of downtown's most walkable waterfront settings.

About Coal Harbour
Coal Harbour runs along Vancouver's downtown waterfront, between Burrard Inlet and West Pender Street, from the foot of Burrard Street west to Stanley Park. Built on reclaimed industrial and rail land, it's now a dense neighbourhood of glass towers organized around the Coal Harbour seawall - a flat, paved walking and cycling path the length of the harbour, connecting Canada Place and the Convention Centre in the east to Stanley Park's seawall loop in the west, with Harbour Green Park, the marina, and the floatplane terminal in between. Day to day it's one of the most walkable parts of the city: Urban Fare covers groceries, the Coal Harbour Community Centre sits right on the water, and the shops and restaurants of Robson Street and the West End's Denman Street are a few blocks south.
