Upper Lynn Valley is a paradise for outdoor enthusiasts, easy access to hiking, biking, walking trails, including the famous Lynn Canyon Park with its suspension bridge and stunning waterfalls. There is a designated outdoor parking space. Laundry is shared between 2 suites. Utilities at 25% for a single occupant and 35% for a couple.
