CONTRACT ADMINISTRATOR

  • Job Type: F/T Monday to Friday
  • Location: Office located in North Vancouver, Edgemont Village
  • Start Date: As soon as possible

Unique Real Estate Accommodations is proud to offer an exciting opportunity for a dynamic professional with exceptional communication and client relation skills. This position is working within the Property Management team to provide top-notch coordination for luxurious rentals in the lower mainland.

Below is a high level overview of what you will be responsible for:
  • Create all contracts and lease extensions
  • Maintain 100 & 120 day report
  • Create tenant invoices in database and save in F drive
  • Ensure funds and signatures are secured prior to move-ins and within 24hrs
  • Troubleshoot contract and lease extension questions to the best of your knowledge and ability
  • Forward ratified copies of all contracts and lease extensions to appropriate parties
  • Save all files in database drive
  • Maintain tracking sheets for all contracts and lease extensions
  • Document move ins on property management whiteboard
  • Inform property management of special requirements for rental
  • Coordinate introduction of owner (unmanaged) and tenant
  • Forward letter of undertaking to unmanaged owner with tenant name and date on it
  • Draft Notice of Rent Increase for lease extensions
Accounting duties:
  • Ensure all post-dated rent cheques are correctly filled out and signed
  • Assist accounting with all owner related queries regarding the timing of their rent payment and where their rent proceeds are to be paid
  • Send reminder to tenant prior to move in re: funds must be cleared Unique`s account prior to move in date
Qualifications:
  • Must be fluent in English. Additional language skills are considered an asset as well
  • Superb customer service skills
  • Highly motivated self-starter and team player
  • Superior written and oral communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple and complex operational matters on a daily basis

LICENSED RENTAL CONSULTANT

  • Job Type: F/T Monday to Friday, plus on-call and every third weekend
  • Location: Office located in North Vancouver, but appointments will take place in North and West Vancouver, Downtown and on the West and East side
  • Start Date: As soon as possible

This position is working within the Property Management team to provide top-notch coordination for luxurious rentals in the lower mainland.

Below is a high level overview of what you will be responsible for:
  • Scheduling: coordinate appointments for rental consultants, potential tenants and/or owners
  • Promptly answer emails and professionally respond to tenant leads
  • Act as the liaison between Unique and new/existing owners and tenants
  • Communicate regularly with owners to provide feedback or advice regarding their rental property
  • Help to ensure the integrity of files and owner/tenant information in the database
  • Work with the New Owners Team to ensure that all agreements are up to date
  • Thoroughly search our inventory for suitable property matches for potential tenants
  • Professionally tour clients and show properties
  • Prepare tour packages
  • Process lease applications
  • Act as a back-up to the Contract Administrator
  • Provide property management assistance as required (move in`s, move out`s, inspections, etc.)
Qualifications:
  • Must have a valid driver`s license and own your own vehicle
  • Must hold a valid Property Management License
  • Must be fluent in English. Additional language skills are considered an asset as well

A property management license and vehicle is required for this role. This is a salaried position.
