Unique Real Estate Accommodations is proud to offer an exciting opportunity for a dynamic professional with exceptional communication and client relation skills. This position is working within our fast-paced, vibrant office to encourage efficiency, organization, staff support and marketing aid.

Below is an overview of what you will be responsible for:

  • Answer all incoming calls, handle caller inquiries or re-direct to appropriate staff member
  • Ensure accurate voice message systems are in place at all times
  • Provide administrative services
  • Promptly assist other staff members upon request
  • Ensure constant integrity of key inventory
  • Maintain the general filing system and file all correspondence correctly
  • Manage internal office communications
  • Maintain an adequate inventory of office supplies (kitchen & stationary)
  • Ensure all mail is properly stamped, labeled & delivered in a timely manner
  • Guarantee cleanliness of communal office space
  • Create/ curate & schedule appropriate, timely & industry-relevant content across all channels
  • Develop, propose & implement unique strategies, initiatives and goals for marketing and social media

Qualifications:

  • In-depth knowledge/ experience with social media for professional use
  • Knowledge of Adobe Lightroom, Animoto, Hootsuite & Google Analytics (asset)
  • High level computer literacy (including: Microsoft Excel, Word, Office, Outlook)
  • Real Estate awareness/ previous industry experience
  • Exceptional written & verbal communication skills
  • Strong organization skills
  • Goal & detail oriented
  • Self-starter
